BET SHUTTIN DOWN HIP-HOP

I think BET is trying to shut HIP-HOP down on their station cause how are you gonna cancel Rap City when its the last real hip-hop show since MTV's YO MTV RAPS, and VIDEO MUSIC BOX........and its been on the air for like 19 years. I knew it was gone as soon as they got rid of Tigger.... BUT then it look like it had promise with host Q45, but then the time slot changed and even before that they cut it from 2hours to 1 hour so by the time you would get home to check it out all you would probably see is the end of the booth..I do feel like the show was getting watered down but they could have revamped it and bought back Tigger...BUT THEN BET started a show called HIP HOP vs. AMERICA. Which you would have a panel of people who basically despised rap as a culture, and then you would have a couple of rappers on it like NELLY, TI, DAVID BANNER etc... and this panel would basically attack these rappers for what they have done in the past that have got them negative press, for example NELLY and the tip drill video..... that was aired on BET UNCUT @ LIKE 3AM so to me who's more at fault the person who made the video or the corporation that chose to air it to get more ratings in the am. But what makes me furious is that this show and its network downplays the good acts being done by HIP-HOP, but then they only show the good...rappers do after we get arrested so its fed to us like its community service..for example remember when TI got arrested on those gun charges and they aired that clip of him talking to the kids as community service, I KNOW THAT'S NOT THE FIRST THING THAT TI HAS EVER DONE FOR HIS OR ANY OTHER COMMUNITY......we better wake up and check our surroundings cause just cuz it says BLACK ENTERTAINMENT that doesn't mean its for us.......
